Who we are

Shine Girl Moonshine is a woman-owned craft spirits brand based at 1610 Jenkins Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876. You can reach us any time at 865-365-1787. This site is here for storytelling, merch and directions. The moonshine itself is sold by our retail partner, Cask Cartel.

You must be 21+

This site is intended only for people of legal drinking age in the United States (21 and over). We ask you to confirm your age before entering, and that confirmation is stored in your browser for the length of your visit. Misrepresenting your age is on you, not us.

Information we collect

We don't ask you to create an account and we don't sell anything directly on this site, so we collect very little. If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us only as long as we need it to answer you.

Your age confirmation is stored in your browser's session storage on your own device. It clears when you close the tab. We can't read it, and it isn't sent anywhere.

Your browser may share standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) with our hosting provider as part of serving the site. We use that only to keep the site running and to understand roughly how it's used.

Third-party links and services

Our “Buy Shine” buttons send you to Cask Cartel, an independent retailer with its own privacy policy, terms and shipping rules. Our map is embedded from Google Maps, and our social links go to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Once you leave this site, those companies' policies apply, not ours.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Embedded third-party content, such as the Google map, may set its own cookies according to that provider's policy.

Terms of use

The content on this site (text, photography, logos and the Shine Girl name and marks) belongs to us. You're welcome to share and link to it; please don't copy it wholesale or use our branding to sell your own goods.

We do our best to keep hours, prices and product information accurate, but things change. Call ahead if it matters. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell alcohol; all spirits sales happen through licensed retailers.

This site is provided as-is, without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by Tennessee law, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of it.

Please enjoy Shine Girl responsibly, never drink and drive, and don't serve anyone under 21. We'd like to keep you around for the next bottle.
