Unaged whiskey with a smooth finish and a smart mouth
This isn't the throat-scorching jar your uncle keeps in the shed. Shine Girl is made from my family's recipe: honey, sugar and molasses working alongside the corn, for a moonshine that finishes smooth enough to actually enjoy.
Sip it neat, mix it into something fancy, or pour a glass (or two… we don't judge, and we sure don't count) and let the day soften up a bit.

I've flown C-130s and C-5s in combat and I fly Airbus jets for a living. So what does a world traveler, pilot and combat veteran do next? Make her own line of unaged whiskey, of course.
My goal is a line of spirits created by women, with women in mind. I have a theory: if women will drink it, men will buy it.

The Partons and the Nolands both come off Wiley Noland Rd in Sevierville. My Papaw Lee made a little shine. My Great-Grandfather Wiley made a little too. and somehow the sheriff, his own brother, never did manage to find either still. Yes, that Parton family.
